Everyone knows what chicken noodle soup is made of. In General, it is from what is reflected in the name: chicken and noodles.
But what if we make chicken noodles?

Ingredients:
Chicken broth-300 gr.
Chicken (thigh) - 600 gr.
Salt-10 gr.
Transglutaminase-15 gr.
Preparation:
- Grind the meat with a cutter.
- do not turn off the cutter, pour the chicken broth.
- add dry ingredients (Salt/ Transglutaminase) to the mixture and mix thoroughly.
- Pass the mixture through a sieve.
- Fill the vacuum bags with the mixture. About 100 grams. for each medium package (15 by 20 cm) and 3 mm thick.
- Cook in a water bath for 10 minutes for 65 Seconds.
- cool In ice water and store in refrigerator.
- before serving, cut the noodles into the required size.
