Ingredients:

For the sphere:
Yogurt: 200 gr.
Cream 20 % : 90 gr.
Sugar: 30 gr.

For the bath:
Water: 1000 gr.
Sodium alginate: 5 gr. (

Preparation:

  1. Prepare a bath with sodium alginate.
  2. Measure the required amount of water and use a dipping blender to dissolve the sodium alginate. To remove air bubbles, strain the contents of the bath several times or leave the container in the refrigerator for several hours.
  3. Mix all ingredients for spheres.
  4. using a special spoon, gently lower the yogurt sphere into the bath. Make sure that the spheres do not touch. After 1-2 minutes, remove the spheres with a sieve or a special spoon.
