Egg with surprise

You will need:

• 3-4 eggs
• spicy sauce
• paste
• ground crackers
• deep-frying oil
  Preparation:
  Boiled hard-boiled eggs are cleaned and cut off their tops. Remove the yolks. Put inside each a little spicy sauce and pate. Cover the egg with a lid and put in refrigerator.
  Cold eggs, dip them in flour, dip in beaten whisk egg, dip in ground bread crumbs and fry in deep fat.
