Who else does not know how to cook the yagel (the same edible deer moss)?
From the recipe " Juniper parfait, wild berries and crispy berries."
Ingredients:
Reindeer moss
Sugar syrup (50 %)
Lemon verbena juice
- thoroughly rinse the lamb and remove all dirt with tweezers.
- Pour the berry sugar syrup for 4 hours.
- Press the syrup surplus and spray the lemon verbena juice.
- Dry in a dehydrator for 5 hours at 60 C.
