Pouch of Translocation - Minor Magic Item

This pouch is linked to a small metal charm (die, figurine, etc.) which has a defined front and back side. The pouch opens into a portal just behind the current location of the charm (if the charm is placed inside the pouch it rends a hole in space and time, destroying the item and causing 3d6 damage to all within 10’). The opening of the pouch is large enough to fit an arm through but not a head. The portal opening is invisible from the charm’s side but can be seen through from the pouch side if the pouch is open.
