Muscle Cuirass - Minor Magic Item

This appears to be a normal cuirass (breastplate - AC14) unless worn directly against bare skin, when it merges with its wearer and grants them the torso of a shirtless man with a perfect physique (no matter the gender of its wearer). The cuirass continues to provide its normal protection but does not weigh anything or encumber its wearer in any way in this case. As soon as any article of clothing or fabric of any kind is placed over the muscle cuirass it becomes a normal cuirass again.
