Hand on heart, my advise would be for anyone who wants to listen. If one was to pick the wheel up in the casino, regardless which casino it may be, underneath it, there are wires which are attached in to every canoe (slot) of the wheel.

The main game is fixed from the computer which could be based anywhere, the person who is watching the cameras fixed on the table and listening to the microphone, he knows how much each bet is worth if the ball lands in the particular canoe.
