The Papillon Foundation founded in 2002 in Johannesburg, South Africa, is now in the house!
My name is Stephen Smith and I am the Founder of the Papillon Charity, which was also a bonafide charity on tsu.
We run several charity and skills training projects with amazing results for poor people in South Africa, Papillon is legally registered and is managed by a board of members. Our annual finances are also audited by an independent and registered auditing agency. We work with anyone that needs help, regardless of race, gender or creed. Orphans, poor children, widows, single moms, refugees, destitute persons, pensioners and the elderly. Papillon is an independent , non-political and non-religious Non Profit Organization.
