Romance to the Romans!

The title "Romance to the Romans" says a lot: although the Roman empire collapsed already nearly 2000 years ago this planet the idea of Romanticism has a very tight grip on us humans, still. Our love affairs have to shine in the light of romantic love, the Pope holds his power referring to the Passion of Jesus, Roman styled fashion, cars and such have a the highest standard amongst the consumers around the world - up to the millions of Italian Restaurants around the world trying to suggest that white wheat flour is the ultimate nutrition for us and last but not least the Roman language is the dominant language in southern Europe - and all countries where the language is used are nearly bankrupt (France got the Northern, industrialised region, otherwise....).

The idea of Romance is connected with the idea of...Passion. Jesus died for all of us on the cross...Falling in Love is the desire of the majority of people it looks like. Romeo&Juliet are the perfect couple for romantic lovers. And then I hear them crying: "love hurts"._. First of all, RISING in Love in a relationship sets a much higher course and if it is combined with COMPASSION it has a chance to survive "desire, lust and glamour" and feels more like an unwinding spiral towards the light than a chart of the last earthquake....
