That's really not the best attitude to take. It's about adjusting rewards down to a reasonable level, not meting out punishment. Assuming it was a original creation and not a troll, it still has some value, even if that value is really low. It is kind of hard to draw intent since this was the first post from the account. The timing of it was interesting.
It may even be a test run from a serious users to see the efficiency of the changes, who knows. As it is, it's a meaningless wall of text, surely not a 100$ post under the old rules @joshman
