I make ideas match the desires and interests of people in order to persuade them. It would be more difficult to persuade if the people cannot "find themselves" in an idea; they would lose the interest and motivation to work towards the actualization of that idea. Thus, the key route to my persuasion is to make the people involved stakeholders in my initiative.

And I'm about to ruckus like feud to spread this; I wanna make it enticing by rewarding hardworking steemians in my group. Because this daily bread provider is worth spreading. As I said earlier, I wanna see everyone smiling. At least when the majority finds their source of income on the internet through #STEEMIT, I feel satisfied; I feel I've accomplished something really great. Capiche?

Why I wanna Achieve This?

I am in charge of #STEEMIT-ACCRA, Ghana. ( Couldn't do it alone so asked the help of @collinz, @anaman, @manishmike10 ). I want to motivate people aboard in terms of monetary incentive by curating good quality contents. Doing so will encourage stragglers in the group to step up their game. Making them better steemians will help the steem education grow even faster. And they can also impact the knowledge unto other newbies.
