Using mobile phone while charging is so dangerous, but some people still do deliberately. The man in the photo is a typical example. The case happend in a game store when people was focusing on playing game. Suddenly, a man was suffered from electric shock while he was holding his mobile phone. Another man sitting beside him took the phone out of the victim's hand immediately.
