I listened to what I think is Joe Rogan's BEST INTERVIEW EVER!!!!

It is with David Goggins. Goggins is a Navy Seal, Ultra-Marathon runner, Ranger, pull-up champion, and all around BAD MOTHER F-ER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

He was not always like this...he was spraying for cockroaches at his $1000/month job while paying $800 a month for rent. He was overweight and defeated...he is NOT a natural athlete!!!!!!!!! He had a hole in his heart the size of a quarter and sickle cell disease. Not to mention his father beat him, he grew up in a town which had the KKK head quarters, was constantly harassed because he was Black and his life threatened daily. Did I mention he was poor?

This is a story of a man that came from nothing, with TONS of obstacles. But he DECIDED to change his MIND...his THINKING....to OPEN the doors in his mind and FACE his demons...and he did VERY WELL!!!!!!!!!!!

Goggins is the man he created...he is no longer that "weak-ass scared kid" as he puts it. If you ever needed hope, and a kick in your ass to realize you can do WAY MORE than what you are doing...and open your own doors of latent energy and power, then this is the interview for you!
