Rock Classics #8 - Slayer
Slayer - 80ies Metal legends
Today I actually did not plan a new edition of my RockClassics series but it was:
1 - Time to continue the series as I like it
2 - Time to listen to real Metal Music
3 - Time to lose aggression by head banging lol
Sometimes you are in this mood where you need to blow-off your steam (not a typo) - right? So here we go - edition #8 of Rock Classics - the music i grew up with. Slayer - legends of the 80ies mainly alongside Metallica, Anthrax, Megadeth, Iron Maiden - listen to some Killer Beats and Riffs.
Slayer was born in 1981 (same year also Metallica was founded, also in California) and are still playing. They became famous with their 1986 work Reign in Blood. They even got five Grammy Award nominations and won the music award in 2007 and 2008.
This band is really awesome! I didn't know about it, I heard the name a couple times before but never listened to them.
