How design service robots?
Designing robot is about building human & machine collaboration. And this has to be done at a very fast pace than classical case of IT deployments. While end-goal of robotics is to match the speed of incumbent businesses with new age rapid and ubiquitous organisations built on bitcoin, 3d-printers & solar.
The philosophical drive for the transformation of the businesses is to be as ubiquitous as the new ecosystem. Otherwise, the misfits will be extinct. The final picture has space for both robots and human working in tandem. But this synchronicity aspect is different than conventional IT.
