CT News: The Moorbot Zeus is a Master of Robotic Martial Arts!
Welcome to the future. We now have miniature robots designed for a single and sole purpose, to kick other mini robot fighter asses! Don't you love how as a species we are quick to come up with the latest and greatest and how we are all looking to outdo the person next to us with something cooler, something sensational, something new! It's the human spirit that drives us to create little robots that exist for our entertainment and have a sole purpose of smashing their competitors apart!
In this edition of @CryptoTelegraph I want to talk about a new smaller robot with a very important function, it was built around one simple goal of smashing other robots. Yah, you heard me, like punching them until they break.
The rodbot I'm referring to is called Moorebot ZEUS. It is a remote-controlled battle robot designed by Pilot Labs. Based in Shenzen, the company says it is its mission to "improve daily life with high quality smart products."
Take a look at this little guy. Think you and your mates might have some fun with a few of these?
The idea behind the 14-inch tall fighting machine is pretty straightforward: put two of them in a room, hand out corresponding remote controls, and let two gamers direct the melee from a safe distance.
According to Pilot Labs CEO Jun Ye, the bots are programmed in kung fu and taekwondo, and a graphical user interface on the back end means users can customize their robot's moves.
Well, I don't know what to say... This is so cool! I'll have to think hard about getting a few of these. I don't know if I'll be able to resist purchasing a few of these little guys!
According to the company, this robot can generate over 55 pounds of force with each punch, the potential for complete and total destruction is very high with this one!
When Ye was asked about the destructive nature of the robot he had this to say, "something is going to break." Well, isn't that the point?
So clearly ZEUS has a very real purpose. You can use it to destroy things with! Are you tired of that old generation Amazon Echo? Why not unleash the power of ZEUS on it! Things aren't going to smash themselves so we better get started right!
