The RBS paying out currently equates to roughly 25% APY based on the size of your delegation. You also get an upvote worth roughly 15x your upvote value as well. When you combine both together the total APY is higher than anything else out there currently.
OK. UNderstood. Will it take fees for claiming harvest?
