First Bitcoin Trade on Robinhood!
Robinhood finally allowed access to trade crypto currencies on their platform.
You have to live in one of the, dozen or so, states that have been vetted and then you also have to had signed up early. I was lucky enough to get my invitation, and just initiated the first trade of BTC on their site.
There is no doubt that a platform like Robinhood, will help grow the cap and introduce a lot more users to crypto, as anyone can now easily buy the 20-something coins that Robinhood currently will trade.
They make it easy, as you do not have to worry about holding your coin and transferring them to a wallet, they will hold the coin for you, and they are insured for any potential losses/hacking.
Robinhood already stands out due to them not charging any transaction fees, and their interface is really smooth. They make trading of stocks, bond, and now, crypto, really simple and easy.

This will certainly be a blow to Coinbase, and that's good! We need more fiat to crypto exchange options and vice versa.
Yes competition is healthy and Coinbase have been raking, because they were basically the only game in town.
