How to prepare Roasted Chicken including Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Step 1: To make this American chicken dish, uncover the potatoes and chopped them into 1/2 inch pieces. In a bowl of hot salted water, boil the potatoes with seven cloves of garlic and bay leaves, until softened.
