My Riverdale theory on Black Hood

This is my theory on who might be the "black hood".
So to begin with according to me what they showed in Episode nine that Mr.Svenson is the black hood may not be true.And the blackhood is still out there in riverdale .

So , black hood chose Betty because Betty in someway is involved or related to him and the things he's doing.Also he's mentioned that they are the same person.So what does he mean by same?Does he mean same blood?

Betty's Dad was in the town hall on the night that Betty gave her speech to the people in Riverdale.He was present the night "black hood" gave a riddle leading to the town hall (where it all began).And he hasn't been seen much ever since .Could he be the black hood?I don't know. I guess we'll have to wait and watch to know,what Riverdale holds for us.And afterall its RIVERDALE, it always has it's own twist!
