The Risk Taker

I have realized that people who rule the world are those who have decided to take risk in one way or the other.
This people have built their world around themselves, they have created their own empire.

They are the ones who dare to act on the dread, they do things that a normal person will not want to do.

They have sleepless nights thinking of what to create or how to harness new ideas.

They are usually ready to go through anything in order to get their goals achieved.

I was inspired to write this post when I heard the story of a young lady, who graduated from the university at a very young age and instead of looking for job like every young graduate would, she decided to start producing herbal soap and creams, instead of selling it in a way that other market women sold theirs, she started packing it in an attractive container.

I am sure she must have been discouraged by friends and even family members, but she started it any ways and today she has employed over 20 people who work for her as distributors all over the major states in Nigeria.

She is now a self made entrepreneur, one of my friend who happened to be a major distributor was chatting with me yesterday and she said she had sold goods of 50,000 within one month, and that is because she is just new to the business,I started thinking about how wealthy the girl must be, the money she will receive at the end of every month will definitely put smiles on her face constantly.

What if she had listened to the voice of those who tried to stop her when she left school, then she would not be opportune to make as much as she is making right now.

For as many people who have an idea running through their mind, why don't you start something today. You do not have to wait until you have so much money, you can start small and turn yourself into becoming a great and better business man or woman.
