What exactly is the $RISE cryptocurrency

So what exactly is the cryptocurrency $RISE?

$RISE is a DPOS (Delegated Proof of Stake) Coin with the goal of allowing developers to create Dapps, To become a Decentralised Mobile Application Platform combined with an incubator service to rival centralized systems such as Apple and Android.

Now the major confusion I've seen is the understanding of Delegated Proof of Stake, So basically with $RISE every rise holder has the democracy to vote in a Delegate, The delegates role is to forge blocks and in return will send a percentage of the reward to each voter depending on their stake weight. The stake weight is determined by your total $RISE balance in comparison to the total pool of voters in that node. There can only be 101 Delegates with RISE.

The benefit of Dpos over POS is that you never have to leave your wallet online, No bandwidth usage, no power usage just constant passive income by just voting in your pool of choice.
