How To Fix Ripple XRP On Your Exodus Eden Wallet Balance Showing Zero

I found a really odd bug the other day where if you pressed refresh on your XRP for Exodus Eden, the balance would say zero.

Found a great solution (posted by several people on reddit), I'm not sure who to credit but here it is.

For people who refreshed their XRP balance on Exodus Eden and it shows 0 or if it just suddenly shows 0 heres how to fix it.

First, follow the instructions below Windows or Mac, and find your host file:

For Windows, the hosts file is located in: C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts

For MAC: https://www.tekrevue.com/tip/edit-hosts-file-mac-os-x/

Then when you open your host file, paste 169.55.164.25 s2.ripple.com , at the bottom of the file (and when I mean by bottom, I mean after the last line of writing put it under that one.)

Then close and re-open Exodus and you're done!
