Today marks an important milestone for Ripple’s enterprise blockchain solution for global payments, RippleNet.
Now, with over 100 financial institutions as members, we’re seeing network effects take shape. New RippleNet members can easily connect to other Ripple-enabled financial institutions. This means instant payments will reach more destinations, compress costs and enable members to continuously improve payment services.
Today’s news also features the first institution worldwide to pilot XRP as a liquidity tool to lower the costs of payments from the U.S. to Mexico.
