RIPPLE (XRP) Rejecting from $0.60 Level But Supported By EMA's

Despite such a strong bull move surging prices to the $0.80 level, we've seen an inability of the Ripple bulls to close prices above $0.60. For almost the last two weeks, we've seen this level show continuous rejection with the bulls being able to defend closes above this level. Is this a double top?

On the flip side, we have support being help at the 12 EMA level (and likely the 26 below that).

The last time we saw a situation like this was the end of April and early May. A similar situation happened where we had a short strong bull move which gave up and couldn't continue. Ultimately we saw a break of EMA support and we pulled back. The only difference with this previous move is that there's less volume than we saw. However, I'm not sure it's enough to make a trend change.

If the trend with BTC remains correlated and there's a bull break, we could see this move continue. However, if there's a bear break, we'll see a longer pullback and test of previous levels. BTC should see a breakout here before too long, so we will see how it goes.
