MoneyGram signs Deal with Ripple!
Today we saw another run for ripple due to the recent news of MoneyGram signing a deal to use Ripple to transfer.
The Dallas company will be testing Ripple for Internation money transfer in order to reduce transfer fees and settlement time.
While Ripple prices may be down in the recent week, I personally think it still not out of the game and maybe the future of remittance business.

So does that mean you could exchange fiat for Ripple at those locations and vice versa?
I think its more for internal use of money transfer than accepting ripple or selling ripple to customers for the time being.
Stellar lumen will eat it for breakfast it non profit people will not need moneygram anymore
I hold both stellar Lumens and Ripples, whoever makes it is fine with me at end :)
Ripple has a good marketing team that is it. The whole point of cryptocurrencies is being your own bank. Ripple makes money on peoples fear of letting go of the banks. In my opinion Ripple should be a nasdaq company not a crypto. It has no wallet, no transfer systems in place, nothing tangible but its marketing plan. Stay away from ripple and alls its cadets, they market transfer systems that have been around for years. If its going to be centralised it will be regulated and regulation delays transfers.

I think Ripple is one of the cryptos that will really take off and survive in the long run, although some will not like it because it is centralised concept. It has the back-up of many large companies, a team of skilled people, a clear concept and a competetive transaction speed and cost rate. Guess we can’t say that for many coins at this moment.
