The problem is society at large, which makes excuses for the mess that cops have to clean up.

A white police officer killed a black man, and granted it was a deplorable act of needless brutality where justice must be served, but, on a typical day, several black men kill other black men, and several white men kill other white men. You will only hear about these killings if certain people, who decide what is or is not news, suddenly determine that every life matters after all. In other words, you won't hear about them.

What do we have now? The drumbeat of rage against the police.

That anger has, it seems, fuelled riots in cities around the United States. Buildings have been torched, including buildings for low-income residents. But it's just money, right? It's just peoples' livelihoods! Business owners have been beaten up. A cop died.

Here's the truth. Human beings are savage. People LIKE to burn, beat, steal, drink, fight, and lie, especially young men. That's why they do it. Also because one or more of their parents failed to stick around and teach them how to give to society instead of just taking like the spoiled brats that so many of them have become.

America has about 800,000 police. They are all sinners, too.
Sure, given the percentages, some are bound to be rotten human beings, even sociopaths. Society trains them and sends then out to protect civilization from the throngs who would destroy it. Sometimes society makes mistakes. But NO group of human beings would find that most necessary task of keeping some people from acting like werewolves easy.

I just talked to my brother, a police officer with decades of experience. He says he has been physically attacked "thousands" of times, often by drunks. He's rushed into burning vehicles to save the driver, taken hypothermic teenagers off rafts, gone into motorcycle bars by himself to pull out a thug that had just busted someone up badly, faced down angry mobs alone. He credits his survival to divine intervention.

I am not going to put up with sjw's bad-mouthing the police in general. If you want to join with the scapegoating mob and attack an easy target, take a hike, and don't let the door hit your butt on the way out.

I saw some young American "heroes" out last night, trashing my country. You belong in the slammer. And my money is on the cops to put you there.
