The matrix, Capitalism is one person capitalizing on another persons labor. Ex. A service business pays its worker $12.00 but bills the client $30.00/hr., so it can pay a manager and make a profit. But who is doing the work, the worker, the business is making money off the worker, capitalizing off their labor. So, if your a freelancer you can pocket $30.00/hr instead. So, the issue, why should the business make this amount of profit? They are working for the business because the business has created a business with lots of clients, but the business is not doing the work, the people hired are. This is the matrix of capitalism.
