Darkness Comes
Photo taken during the Blue Hour of my dog sitting down at the beach.
During the blue hour the sky has a deep blue hue with a cold color temperature and saturated colors. At the beginning (evening) and at the end (morning), a gradient of colors, from blue to orange, can be seen right in the place of sunset and sunrise.
It's ideal for landscape photography because of the different shades of the sky and color saturation.

So crazy. Here we have the 'red hour'. Our mountains are called the Sangre de Cristos (the Blood of Christ) and at sunset everything turns the MOST magnificent color of reds, pinks and oranges. The colors spill ontop the mountains and the effect is magical.
