Ok you really are supposed to post your own original content and the rules of the competition is that the picture is taken by you. All the pictures you have posted so far on steemit state you took them.
OK sorry, my brother is not interested in steemit, so i am just just trying to help him get exposure...
If you are using his content you really need to prove his consent.

You should be really careful with that on steemit it would really hurt your rep if you get flagged on here. If you do promote him just make sure you always direct the credit to him.
However youll need to submit a new entry for the competition as the picture must be your own.
You already requested steemcleaners to "investigate" so what now?
