Rickysphotochallenge Week 10 entry - Fluid - Entry #2 (Fluid Dynamics Project)

This is a photo of dye being dropped into a mixture of milk and water.
The mixture was mostly water with a little bit of milk swirling through it.
To create these rings i dropped a whole bunch of drops at once. Something about the added resistance of the fatty milk seemed to assist in the creation of the rings... However i was able to do it in water but no where near as often as i was able to get it to happen in the mixture.
When editing this image i have inverted the colours to create the dark background and illuminate the dye.
Once again, this was shot with the rig i built and at a high shutter speed. Usually doing bursts of 4 to 7 shots at a time.
