Les presento uno de mis postres favorito y digo asi porque es con la fruta que mas me gusta, y cuando va acompañada de una rica crema y sirop mejor todavía. Esta fruta es la ideal porque contiene poca grasa y calorías; aparte contiene favorable cantidad de fibras, vitamina c y antioxidante que es de gran beneficio para la salud.
