Rice are seeds or grains taken from asian cereal grass or annual marsh grass called Oryza sativa and is usually cultivated in warm climates and used as a food/meal along with a meat or veggies on it. It may either classified as white or brown grains and a staple food especially here in the Philippines for quite some time. We usually eat this 3x a day, and been part of the culture and way of life.

Rice in medical terms is rest, ice, compression or elevation while we can call it either corn, rye, bran, oats.

  2. Champorado or chocolate porridge is another type of comfort food here in which you just need to boil an amount of rice of youre choice then by just simply adding a cocoa powder on it gives you this most delicious champorado. Some uses a malagkit or glutinous rice because its much thicker and tastier than an ordinary rice. You can even put a milk on top of it and sugar of course if youre milk is not condensed.
