there is a front run the bots option there.
you can vote on the users that will get a bot vote soon.
Can you do it with an unearned slider?
The idea is to collect on their greed not support them with your real account.

Also, here is a thought... You could setup a curation trailer with these greedy people you already found...
The key is the time of your vote the max return for voters is 30 minutes after the post is made. Setting the auto vote for 28 to 30 minutes is the key for this. So if a vote is bought after 30 hours the person voting at 30 minutes still gets the best return.
