It means votes will be worth more. This is why vote values are going up.
I think having payouts with SBD is helping a lot and also the 15 minute rule is helping to add some rewards back into the pool so I have to wait to upvote your comment. lol

Do you know what the minimal payout is now? I think it was 0.02 USD before HF20. Don't know what it is now. Dustsweeper hasn't worked for me for some time now. Never got a message that I ran out of money. I just transfered a small amount of Steem Dollars to see if it kicks in again.

Seems like I did not have any money left on Dustsweeper. But I never got a message, probably because of HF20. I just added a small amount and Dustsweeper immediately spend it all on upvotes, and now I have run out of funds again. Good thing seems that Dustsweeper now can give more than 2 votes. I'm going to send a bit more in a few hours when minnowbooster pays me out.

It's good to see Dusty working correctly again. I let mine run out and haven't been using it. I just sent a small amount of SBD and instantly got a bunch of dusty votes. Looks like I will be using the service again.

Hi Frank, the payout threshold is still the same, 0.02.
After the hardfork, we let Dusty recovery voting power before turning it on again. But as not many people had been posting and voting for a number of days, there wasn't really a lot of Dust to collect. So that's the reason the VP has been so high the last couple of days. Dusty is voting all the dust she can find now.
