ABQ Reviews: The Range
The Range Cafe is a must visit for anyone coming to the Land of Enchantment. On top of having a fantastic menu, each location is wonderfully weird, a colorful and cool place to enjoy a great meal.
We are always sure to take out of town guests to The Range. They take ordinary foods and put a perfect New Mexican spin on them. For instance, their breakfast menu features plain jane pancakes, but they also serve blue corn pancakes that feature blueberries and toasted piñons. Of course New Mexico’s famed pepper, the Hatch green chile, is all over the menu. I’ve never had a bad meal here, each dish is a unique and interesting amalgam of fresh, mostly local ingredients.
Delightful local art adorns the walls, as well as eclectic decor pieces such as vintage toy ovens (it is called The Range, after all). The Range started in Bernalillo, but thankfully expanded into 4 Albuquerque locations, each a unique and vibrant place.
