Yeah, so I just listened to the (real) release and ... meh.
Same old NiN sound, nothing that exciting really. It's like one of those Steam DLC's that should have been in the original release, but they're charging you $14.99 to get it separately. I will be passing on this one, but if you must you can listen to it on Spotify.
