Movie Review || Humble Politician Nograj ||

This is a kannada movie based on one of the characters named Nograj created by Danish Sait. Danish Sait is a Bangalore based exceptionally talented RJ who is quite famous for his prank calls which are really funny. He uses different characters to prank people. Few of his characters are Ali Asgar, Nograj etc, where he uses different accents and languages for different characters. The whole thing is just brilliant.

So he converted one of his characters Nograj into a Humble politician Norgraj and he used to do some small skits on live sessions on facebook. And that clicked. As Danish Sait and his friend Saad Khan got good response to it, they gave that character his very own movie.

Now coming to the movie. I loved it. There is a real message in this movie about how politicians these days are more into self development rather than the development of the city, state, country that they vowed to develop and protect. This serious issues has been addressed here in a very funny way. Kudos to that really.

For his first film, Danish Sait has performed quite well as the character Nograj. The best part where you will laugh it all out is when you hear Mr. Nograj's English which is the funniest. You will probably keep using his dialogues with your friends for quite a while after watching this movie, atleast I am doing that.

They kept true to the concept the entire way from the start till the end. And surprising there is only one song in the entire movie and one while the credits roll. Thank God for that. And the really amazing part is that the movie seems predictable but it isn't.

I would give this movie 7/10.
