My view about "Murder on the Orient Express"
A train journey through Europe captured beautifully. A journey supposed to fun turns into a thriller when there is a murder on the train. It's a race against time to catch a murderer who's one of the passengers travelling on the train.
Hercule Poirot (Branagh himself), decides to take a break to read Charles Dickens and enjoy three days on the Orient Express “without care, concern or crime”
No good deed goes unpunished, and a murder inevitably occurs on board. Detective Poirot has to solve this murder which is full of surprises and the most complicated case he ever had to solve. Everyone on the train is a suspect.
The ensemble cast is perfect and helps take the story forward. Acting is top notch from everyone involved. All the actors get good screen space and make their presence felt. Johnny Depp's part can be classed a guest appearance.Penélope Cruz is a delight and acts her part with so much ease and confidence. Every has done really well but she's my favourite so I had to mention her...
On the whole this movie is a really good, I enjoyed it. Locations are good, acting is top notch, cinematography is brilliant, it's a slow thriller and everyone is a suspect.
