This is not your basic autobiography so if that's what your after then there are thousands of other books for you.

Yes you will get his life story and rise to fame, but along with this is a lot of very useful info for aspiring professional athletes. That is more what this book is all about.
I think runners, cyclist and basically anyone into sport who has big goals can benefit a lot from reading this book.
Johnson has a lot of experience to share on what makes an Olympic Champion and in my opinion, it is a must read for upcoming coaches and athletes alike.
