Review of the horror film "A DarkSong" (2016)

So what is the plot of this film?

It will be about a woman who lost her seven-year-old son in a terrible drama, who considers herself indirectly guilty of his death. It is because of feelings of guilt and desire for vengeance against the perpetrators of this tragedy, she decided on such a test. This feeling was so strong that she couldn't think of anything else, not even her other two children, who were temporarily in her sister's care.

She decided to hold a complex occult rite to use the dark forces to talk to his son, to ask him for forgiveness for the fact that on that fateful day she was late to pick him up from kindergarten, and then did not have time to save him from a painful death. At the same time to learn about who killed him and brutally take revenge on the killers.

For these purposes, she bought an old, abandoned house, hired for a lot of money a man, versed in the magical rites, and locked him in this house, enclosed outside in a magic circle.

In this house they had to stay a few months, completely cut off from the outside world.

The main part of the screen takes time, in fact, the very preparation for this ritual, which includes not only the necessary interior design of the rooms, but also the physical and spiritual purification of the people involved in it.

The film was shot a minimum of actors. In the main roles involved only four. This-mark Huberman, Susan Lunain, Steve Oram and Catherine Walker, but the main action of the film generally revolve around two of his characters.
