Review of the film "Serenity"(2005)
Welcome, dear readers!
The world premiere of the film "Serenity", created by American filmmakers in the genre of fantastic action, Thriller and adventure, took place on August 22, 2005. In the Russian box office, this film appeared on October 13, 2005, and it can also be found on the Internet on sites that provide online movie viewing services.
I only saw it yesterday and, to be honest, I wished I'd seen it sooner. The film fully corresponds to the genres stated in it, and its plot seemed to me both interesting and quite original. In addition, science fiction related to space adventures is one of my favorite topics, which, when I meet them, I can not pass by.
The film is set in the distant future, when the Earth ceased to be our home, and the earthlings, having mastered space, settled in the vast expanses of the Galaxy, adapting the planets for a normal, comfortable life. In General, it would seem to have created a real Paradise, but...
But not everyone agreed with the policy of the universal Alliance and preferred to live away from civilization, preferring the freedom of a satisfying life, especially since the Alliance used various methods of suppressing the will of people, making them essentially puppets.
Among the dissenters were the captain of the transport ship "Serenity", Mel Reynolds, and his crew, who had been fishing in an illegal way, and a young doctor who had kidnapped his telepathic sister from the research center, whom the team had so unwisely agreed to take with them.
Not only was a huge military unit thrown in to capture her, the ship's crew has to Dodge the so-called vile and dangerous Reapers that devour people alive...
The plot of the film is full of events, develops consistently, keeping the intrigue until the very end. The film's denouement and ending were quite unexpected.
Watch the film, it is very interesting both in the plot and in the scenes of space battles. I liked the special effects, the music, and the acting, including Nathan Fillion, Gina Torres, Alan Tudick, Morena Baccarin, Adam Baldwin, jewel state, and others. Basically, they all did a great job with their roles, but the best of all, in my opinion, were Nathan Fillion as captain Mel and his antagonist Chiwetel Ejiofor-the commander of a military detachment.
Pleasant to you of viewing!
Thank you for your attention, see you soon!
With respect to you, @mrfantastis.
