Vaping Atomizers Reviews #3

in #review6 years ago

Here we are steemian and vaper, today we will review a new atomizer!!So here we go!

Boreas V2 RTA by AUGVAPE

Regenerable atomizer for pulmonary shooting, the Boreas V2 is somehow placed between the Steam Crave Aromamizer and a more classic RTA, having a deck embedded at the bottom but with lateral draft of the liquid towards the wick (instead of the bottom like in the Aromamizer ).

Produced by the well-known AugVape (famous for an uncomfortable RDA to regenerate that we did not need), it has a classic 24mm diameter. We find a slightly modified deck velocity (not an "alternative" deck that does hipster but turns out to be uncomfortable).

The deck velocity, with this type of channels for the wick, is in fact always a convenient and practical solution.  The top fill is a classic type screwed even in this case, it is interesting to change the capacity from 2.5ml to 5ml through the adapter included for the fireplace, if you had free time and wanted to fill the atomizer more frequently, capacity can therefore be intentionally reduced.  The positive of pin 510 is sufficiently protruding for use on hybrid mechanical mods.

The quality of the materials is really good as the orings quality and it is also very simple to regenerate. i really liked it but there are some bad thing as there are a lot of good things. The space are really well studied, the airflow is good and the flavor is there, is good. But the best thing is on how AugVape studied the space. The condesation is very low and is hard to have loss of liquids.

The only not good things is that it isnt for new vapers as you have to place the cotton really good.

I always find RTAs a little bit tricky, if the wick isn't just right then you can have too little juice flow (and possibly dry hits) or too much juice flow (and leaking issues!) - but when you get them just right, RTAs are a great balance between convenience of a tank and the flavour and experience of a dripper :)
The Pharaoh by Digiflavour and RipTrippers was a great compromise in that space - did you ever see that one?

i tried it by a friend of mine and now i'm looking to contact the company and make the send me one

Really good flavour and a very interesting design. I've mainly used it with a single coil (a big one!) which means the resistance is higher than usual for me - but the flavour is very good, the juice well is huge and the fact that it can be tipped makes it a great option when driving :)
