I always prefer local. I think it's better, as it’s far more sustainable than imports and also supports real families and community instead of mega corps.

If you're going to buy beer, please always buy local craft brews. There is way less shipping, and you're supporting the community more than the industrial mega corp complex.

So as usual ,I did not buy this cider nor did i contribute to the global industrial military complex to get it.

I do get paid to drink and review, but I still keep it real. I prefer the truth over money.

This cider is not my taste, but it’s local and not bad. It says it’s super dry and it is. I don’t like that. I like ciders for the sweetness and flavor. This is just dry and boring, even with a bitter after taste.

Since it discloses that it’s super dry, I won’t bad mouth it. It’s just not my taste.

It’s local, tastes good, and is run by a family and supported by a community.

If you live in Texas or visit this state, go for a tour and tasting at the brewery or pick up a six pack at almost any grocery store in the area now!
