Honestly it wasn’t the best wine by itself, but with the cheese it was an exceptional wine and the cheese was also better too!

The wine was sweet and dry. I like sweet wine but not really dry wine. However with the cheese it was perfect! The dry and sweetness of the wine was a perfect complement for this creamy goat cheese.
