Of the parts you ask the question about, only the blue slope/plate, the larger red round piece (are there studs on the other side of that?), and the handle look purely unique (or at least unique enough to not have an exact Lego replica, but that doesn't rule out MegaBloks or Kre-o I guess).
The white round 2 x 2 plate is slightly different to Lego, as is the white tile with the stem on it (the Lego version has a higher appendage)
The larger red round plate clicks (poorly) into the red 2x2 turntable base plate like a standard LEGO turntable.
