Blog Professionally With Grammarly (Honest Review)

What else do you need to make your blog posts more professional? Not just blog posts, e-mails, social media posts, a paper for school, anything someone will read, no spelling errors, mispunctuation, grammar errors etc, right? If English isn't your first language, this software can help with that too. Grammar mistakes or spelling mistakes are embarrassing, aren't they? You wouldn't wanna write a book and there is a bunch of errors in the book right? That can give readers second thoughts. Or if you're submitting a resume for a job, and if your resume as a ton of mistakes, this will give the person reviewing your resume second thoughts, the point is, we want whatever we are writing look professional.

What Is Grammarly? Grammarly is a software that catches spelling mistakes, grammar errors, mispunctuation etc. It's a Google Chrome browser extension. It's free but it has a premium feature. Not sure if it's on other browsers like FireFox, but for sure, its available on Chrome.

How Does Grammarly work? You just type whatever it is like normal, if the software spots a mistake, it will highlight the mistake, you simply hover your mouse over the mistake and it will give you the correct spelling, form etc. Say you need a comma at a certain spot, it will highlight the word you need the comma after, and you hover your mouse to the highlighted word and Grammarly fixes it for you. Grammarly also has a plagiarism detector, not that you would purposefully copy someone, you may not have known what you said was apart of an article for example.

Do I recommend it? Yes, highly, especially if you are doing something someone will look at. I urge you to use this if you are filling out job applications or completing your resume. Wouldn't you be upset if you were so close to getting your dream job, and you were denied because you had too many spelling or grammar mistakes? Or you could have gotten a perfect score on a paper for school and the teacher took off points for mistakes you overlooked? Well, Grammarly will spot mistakes you most likely will overlook. I even overlooked some mistakes that the readers spotted in my posts. PS overlooking means you missed it when you were proofreading your stuff.

Overall all ratingting?

To close this review, I tested out Grammarly for a bit and I am wishing I found this sooner. I have seen ads on YouTube about Grammarly but I wish that I had tried it out. Having a learning disability, I will not always know a better way of writing something ( my low ACT score in English is your first clue.) What are you waiting for? Try this software out!
