The film Passengers takes place in an uncertain future, as space travel to distant planets has become familiar. Avalon is a modern, comfortable boat.

Passengers is a fictional film set on a ship carrying more than 5,000 people making a long journey to the new planet. An incident that resulted in two passengers waking up earlier than planned, marking the beginning of a space romance. When he woke up, Jim discovered that he was only 30 years old that journey to the new planet is still up to 90 years. Jim decided to enjoy the luxury life on the spacecraft. He awakens Aurora afterwards. On a date, Jim and Aurora discovers the ship is in a critical situation. When everyone's life on the train is threatened, Jim decides to step out of space to find a way to save the crew, also to save the love of his life.During that time, both the passengers and the crew are in hibernation, inside the cocoons can help them stay healthy and longevity. All will only be awakened when Avalon is nearing the finish line.Jim lived alone in a modern, luxurious space ship, but did not have a human figure. With a movie that mostly consists of only two main characters and an extra character, the success of Passengers depends a lot on acting. Both Chris Pratt and Jennifer Lawrence are fully portrayed in their characters, with their individual psychological traits and the perfect combination in the film.
