Sounds kinda weird now.

Now I will have to think about what to do next.

A community split?

Well, I do not know anymore. Recently I had chosen to go look for other ways to interact with the Steem blockchain. Created new payed for accounts, filled them with 15 SP {Steem Power}. This way it would not need delegated Steem, so others could join for free. And I know, it is close to nothing, but it is all relative. Started to pick up on some programming languages. With some ideas, which I will keep to myself for the time being. In combination with this I was looking for some Single Boards Computer {SBC} that I could use from home. It had to be reasonable powerfull to do some blockchain tasks 24/7. In the meantime it would have to be low on the Watt usage. And I did find some awesome piece of hardware. ARM based CPU, quad core and a GPU, a very powerfull one. With a powersupply of 5 volt and 4 Amps it could also have an SSD and an HDD connected. Still staying below 20 Watts power usage, I guess, probably even lower than that.

Had some Tokens made on Steem-Engine dot com, with the last one on HODL. SMTs soon to come, ah well, a few dreams, one more realistic that the other. Some personal circumstances threw my plans and me way back. The news that SteemIt Incorporated got sold to the Tron Foundation / mister J. Sun made it worse. Mainly because mister Sun and the Tron Foundation let the world know that Steem was going to move over to the Tron Network, more precise the Tron blockchain. And I did some research and noticed that Dlive its blockchain was to die out and the Tron Blockchain would take charge of Dlive. All this was before there was even one word from mister J. Sun and the Tron Foundation towards the Steem community. That is why I stated: "Tron shot first." Some action had to be taken. But it seems mister J. Sun still follows the original plan. Going to extremes using Powered up Steem from centralized exchanges to install 20 witnesses under 'Tron' control. Of course blaming the original witnesses, to have caused this... Yeah right.

What to do now?

Do I issue and then burn the Tokens I created at Steem Engine dot com? The last one has zero out there, so it can stay like it is, not needed to issue. For the others it could be best for those who own them to burn the rest I still van issue. Maybe Steem Engine can move over to the WAX blockchain? Maybe there are even other solutions. It could well be that the original witnesses are not even invited to have a nice friendly chat with some SteemItTron delegation. But I'm too tired know to even be willing and able to waste more sleep on this subject.

So far, I can only state that I think I was ignorent in believing that mister J. Sun and the Tron Foundation would stop taking aim at Steem and its community. Although some will still be willing to go along with Steem2Tron, or whatever it is going to turn out to be. There is of course a lot of money involved for many, so I can understand that. And I do hope for those who have a lot at stake that it turns out for the best for them. For me it is feeling more and more like I need to find something new and inspiring. As I do want to light a candle, but it is almost useless to do so outside in a storm while it is raining cats and dogs.

What does the future HODL?

For you it can be different of course. Maybe this is what will happen to a lot of apparent decentralized blockchains. Not owned by companies, but finally centraly controlled and ruled by them. To me that is where it ends for me, more of the same old economy system shit. Already I have been looking into other kinds of blockchains, that could function as a decentralized publication platform. Plus I have some ideas that might tackle these kind of hostile take-overs, at least that is how I consider wat SteemItTron did. But for now, I guess I'm a bit done, with it all.

Steemicide? Is that even real? Anyway, no, not stating any of that here. Merely disappointment and that I am personally looking towards a different path to take in the near future. Thank you for your support and for all the good times, at Steem and beyond.
