Vectorman came out even later than Ristar...not until after the Saturn had been released. A lot of good platformers came out for the Genesis late in its life.
I've been interested in playing this game ever since Gaming Historian (from Youtube) did an episode on Ristar. I wasn't a Sega kid growing up but I plan on getting an Everdrive and exploring the system sometime soon. I would love to see a Ristar "Lets Play" on Steemit!
Nice feature - love these old classics. And this was pretty late in the Genesis/Megadrive lifecycle so the graphics and so on really showed this. Nice one @darth-azrael

They did. Ristar in Febuary 1995, Vectorman in October 1995...The Saturn came out in May 1995.
